INTEGRATING YOUR SHADOWS

Our shadows are the parts of ourselves that we have repressed or denied, often due to past traumas or societal conditionings.

These shadows can cause us to feel stuck, anxious, or unfulfilled, and can prevent us from living a truly authentic and fulfilling life. Through hypnosis, we can access and integrate these shadows, allowing us to embrace our full selves and live more fully in the present moment. In this 1 hour hypnotic journey you will be guided through a process of deep relaxation and visualization, allowing you to connect with your subconscious mind and explore your shadows in a safe and supportive space. During this session you will be able to confront and integrate your shadows, allowing you to release negative emotions or beliefs that have been holding you back. Through kindness, compassion and understanding you will feel safe and supported as you unveil these aspects. At the end of this session, you will feel lighter, more empowered, and more connected to your true self. You will be able to move forward with greater self-awareness and acceptance, allowing you to live a more fulfilling and authentic life. This is a journey of self discovery and transformation.

How to Prepare for Your Session:

  • Being drawn to this session will tell you a lot. What about the session description resonated? Look at that specifically. 

  • Sit with what is coming up for you (check out my Shadow Sh*t Blog for inspiration). Jot down some feelings, patterns, beliefs or behaviors that you want to gain clarity on. 

  • Looking at triggers can help you hone in on something that is ready to be healed. Feeling a little way about the in-laws coming? Feeling uncomfortable when someone talks about pleasure/sex? Feel like you don’t have anything important to say? Not showing up as the mama you want to be? Having difficulty with more difficult emotions (sadness/anger)  or witnessing others having them? Feeling like nothing is good enough? Is jealousy coming up? Is the worst case scenario keeping you from trying things? Feeling judgmental towards yourself/others? 

  • To make the most of your session, it will serve you to utilize as many of the suggestions to prepare that you can.

What to Expect from Your Session:

  • Expect the work to begin when you book your session. When you commit to this session you may notice that spirit is already guiding you to what is right for you to look at. 

  • I start with an opening ritual that creates sacred space with guided deep breathing to ground and open our heart centers.

  • We will spend a few minutes discussing your intentions prior to your hypnotic journey.

  • Come prepared to process and witness emotions as sometimes this can be a highly emotional experience. You are loved, accepted and held in this healing space without judgment.

  • There will be a few minutes at the end of your session to reflect and ask any questions you may have.

  • I will then close the space by walking us through grounding again with gratitude for the support and love of spirit.
